I’m worried I’ll run out of content ideas. How do I find endless inspiration?

You will never run out of ideas, because your real content creation doesn’t happen when you sit down to write or record; the magic happens when you’re living your life.
The time you set aside for creating is only to make your ideas tangible, to put them on paper or record them. The actual source of your content is a practice, a sadhana, that you cultivate throughout your day. This practice involves consciously making your project the most dominant thing in your mind.

When I start a new project, I spend a few days meditating on it, thinking about it day and night. I start looking at the world through the lens of that project. If I see a traffic signal, I think, “Even this is a narrative: red for stop, green for go.” A simple observation becomes a content idea. When you do this, new neural pathways develop, and your mind starts naturally connecting everything you see and experience back to your core message. You’ll find you have so much to say without even trying to brainstorm.

This is how momentum creates momentum. The more you pay attention to your daily life with this lens, the more ideas will present themselves to you. You just need to be ready to capture them.

Action Step: Keep a notes app on your phone or a small notebook with you at all times. The moment an idea strikes, whether from a conversation, an observation, or a random thought, immediately write it down as a full sentence. If you only write a single word, you might forget the context later, but a full sentence will preserve the essence of the idea for when you’re ready to expand on it.

Trust that your life is the ultimate source of content. As long as you are living and observing, you will never run out of things to say. Keep going.
